Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship Application Instructions

1. A transcript of your most recent academic record.
2. Two essays (each a maximum of 500 words)
   • Your educational journey to date and what lead you to your studies?
   • What is inclusive leadership to you, and how do you demonstrate leadership in academic, social, and community settings?

Deadline for applications is April 2, 2025.

Next Steps:

• Applications will be reviewed by a panel of independent members of the community serving as judges.
• Successful applicants will be notified in May 2025.
• Incomplete applications cannot be considered.

• The data will not be used to identify you personally, and this data will only be seen and assessed by a limited number.

The Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity (EDI) department at Hamilton Health Sciences requests and collects applicants' personal information to better understand who is applying for and receiving awards. The HHS Scholarship and Bursary review committee and other support staff will analyze the personal information to ensure a fair and accurate evaluation process and only sharing it with authorized personnel responsible for the evaluation and administration of the program. The information collected is securely stored in an onsite database and retained for one year, and then confidentially destroyed.
